Guest guest
Raven, Yup, you can get your hair analysis done through this Dr. Lawrence in Arizona. You can email him at this e-mail address at: shekinah@.... He usually charges $125.00 but will give us the group for $100.00. Just request that you want your hair analysis done and send him your address... he will mail it to ya. It is good that I got mine done so now I know what supplements I can take. I was surprised to see that I have a very high calcium... because I don't drink milk but do eat a lot of cheeses. Also, am surprised to see that I have a very high Aluminum. I know I needed to take something to eliminate those toxic metals. Guest guest
, I wondered about Dr. 's supplements though... I wasn't sure if I can trust to take those supplements. I thought maybe I should get my own and watch carefully and make sure I wasn't going to take too much of anything. I have a very high aluminum... all other toxic metals are very low... Nickel is a little high. Calcium and magnesium is way sky high!! Manganese is above normal. What is the difference between magnesium and manganese??? Dr. circled NA/MG (4.17 normal) 0.12 which is 3% Adrenal. What does that indicate??? Dr. 's papers on the back of one sheet " Toxic Metal Reference Sheet " on Aluminum.....Environmental Sources: Anti-perspirants, salt, antacids, aluminum cans (soda and beer), buffered aspirin, bentonite and other clay products and baking powders and aluminum cookware. And your skin absorbs almost anything you put on it! Cook ware that is aluminum should be avoided. Hopefully once I get enough of them, more patterns will emerge. As far as Dr. 's suggestions for supplements: be careful. One group member was taking a supplement he recommended for adrenal support and it contains manganese. Her manganese levels were already high and this supplement made her feel worse. I think that you should look at the supplements and examine the amounts of every nutrient and compare that to our Supplement List to make sure you're not getting too much of anything. I've wondered about aluminum coming from the coated aluminum cookware also. I don't know but am suspicious. I will research it to see if anyone has studied it yet. I try to cook as much as possible with glass, because there is even some negatives about stainless steel (will be included in a post I'm working on now.) If you want me to go over your supplement list, just send me a copy.

Guest guest
Raven, I have no idea. That is what I am hoping to get answers from . Hopefully, He will be able to tell me what I should do. I know my goal is to get rid of that aluminum in my body that is toxic to my body so that I won't feel sick all the time. I really wanted to get better so I don't have to worry about whats inside me. By having my hair analysis done, it tells me what supplements I should be taking for my body. I know with all the confusion all this information overload... I decided the best way to take that test and see what my body is lacking in and what supplements I do need and don't need. Hopefully, I can get this corrected. Guest guest
Kozy, I think this might help. But will taking the the things you are slack on create other shortages or would it help? If you have heavy metal poisoning how will you rid yourself of it? Raven KTenn36117@... wrote: , I wondered about Dr. 's supplements though... I wasn't sure if I can trust to take those supplements. Guest guest
, You may want to tell Cozy that calcium will always show up at least normal even if you never drink milk or calcium products since your body will just leach it from your bones.........leading to osteoporosis. Elaine This is what my gyn told me after I had a chemical analysis blood test. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
