I have started an exercise program and eating no meat, sugar or dairy and cutting down on the salt (I used the sea salt without iodine), Marilu Henner's book, 30 Days to Healthier Living, eating the right combination of foods. It has helped with the bloating I have also. I have been a vegetarian for almost 7 years, but just recently started eating fish. SO hopefully this will help with the stress and cholesterol. I keep you posted on how I progress without the sugar. My Dr. said he will do another blood workup in 6 months. Have a great week.
