Hi Pilgrim,

Although I don't have a problem with ringing in my ear I do get a clicking from time to time. I've discovered that it comes from dairy products and especially milk. It seems that the ear canal swells after ingestion of an "allergic" food. It can be quite annoying.

Hopeful this will help.

Pilgrim,

Years ago when I was young and dumb we had a bottle rocket fight in

side a van going down the road we shot off two gross and ever since then

my ears ring, pretty stupid huh.

Several years ago, I worked diligently to remove all sodium from my

diet. My ears quit ringing. But, if I have even the smallest

bit of sodium in my diet, they ring. Sometimes more than others,

and sometimes it appears, even though I work at reducing the sodium, it

doesn't have any effect. But then, there are many many foods now

that have sodium in them [and not on the lable] and one does not suspect.

Thanks for the reply.
