Guest guest
Ok guys, I have milk thistle pills...175 mgs. and a dropper bottle of Grapefruit seed extract. I also bought a small steam inhaler. Now how many of these milk thistle pills should I take and how many drops in the water? The bottle says to drink it....but I know Pat mentioned the mister was better as I could be inhaed. How many times do I do that? Also, since Nystatin did me in, am I detoxing myself with these things? Slowly? Thanks, Janet
Guest guest
If you have MCS, then your detoxification system is already compromised. It becomes very important to know what you are doing, as you dump toxins into your system during detoxification, you can make yourself even worse. You should be under the care of a doctor who understands environmental medicine while detoxifying. Herbs basically work by stimulating and relaxing organs in your body. Since your organs work in opposing pairs, herbs are always taken in combination of two or more. Since long term use of herbs are toxic to your body, it must be done under the direction of a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. Be very cautious about taking herbs if you have MCS. The safest way that I have found to detoxify is with the Far Infrared (FIR) sauna. And even that must be done with care if you have MCS. BTW, what does all of this have to do with BLEACH??????? -- E. s Registered Massage Therapist Macrobiotic Counselor Reiki Practitioner Professional Speaker > Before you start taking milk thistle.
