I'm not sure what forms bee pollen comes in. From another thyroid list I'm on, I remember someone saying they were taking bee pollen in a tincture form. Sorry I can't offer more on that. I buy the actual pollen -- they're deep yellow granules and must be kept in the fridge. This form is fairly inexpensive. It's 11.99 a pound here (which sounds like a lot) but all you need is a tiny bit a day. I filled a plastic sandwich bag about one fourth full which will last for weeks and it was under a dollar.
