Hi Dawn,

If copper is really a problem for you as your description suggests, it

might be because you are very deficient in iron and the little bit of copper

is depleting the iron more. Try taking the copper (2.5 mgs) with iron (18 or

25 mgs) to see if that helps. Or if you want to try the iron only first, take

it with B12. If the combination of iron and B12 makes you more hyper, then

copper is probably needed.
