I'd like to have a word or two with the doctor anyway because she wouldn't give my Mom pain pills when she had a bladder infection. I had a fit...which I was there with her I would have demanded the pills! Yes, it is unfortunate how the older generation thinks doctors know everything. Not so with my Mom!
