Texas State Rep recieves $300,000 for his own mold claim

the Sunday Houston Chronicle.

" Nixon collected as Texans were left out in the mold "

During the Texas mold hearing we worked very hard to present the problems

homeowners were having to the Texas Insurance Commission and our State

elected officials.

The insurance lobby and tort reform groups were calling the mold issue

" frivolous " and " mold is gold " and claimed mold contamination was based

solely on junk science.

All while Representative Nixon had his hands buried to his elbows in a pot

of gold from his own mold claim with Farmers insurance for over $300,000!

And then he proceeded to file bills on behalf of the tort reformers and the

insurance industry.
