Post: Toxic Mold and Dr. Lipsey

Posted by ToxicsFSC on 7/26/03

Several of you have asked why Dr. Lipsey,

toxicologist, does not answer questions on this board

anymore.

He stated recently that he was getting about 85 E-mails a

day and testified about 70 times a year and he was being

asked to give speeches to doctors and lawyers at national

medical conventions, the Mealy's Mold Litigation

Conference, the International Union of Toxicology meeting

in China, the American Academy of Environmental Medicine,

and on and on, and he just did not have time. He enjoys

working with Dr. Gray, Dr. Gunner Heuser, Dr. N.

Bratbaur, Dr. Ordog and Dr. E. Johanning on many cases

involving pesticides and mold exposures and even though he

works with plaintiffs and defendants, plaintiffs take up

much more time per case. I agree with Greg, that Dr. Lipsey should summarize the

highlights from the joint meeting between the Chinese

Toxicology Society and the International Union of Toxicology

Meeting in November in Quilin, China. He also si speaking

on November 1 in Phoenix at the American Academy of

Environmental Medicine at 3:20 pm according to the printed

schedule available on line. He could summarize some of the

more important papers for us that were presented at that

national meeting.
