Guest guest
Dear All: This show will air today on HGTV. If you have Comcast cable in Jax it is Channel 21. Dawn and her family became very ill and were forced out of their home. The builder was Weekly, and he builds hereas well as in Texas. His brother is one of W's inner circle and biggest supporters. He is leading the "tort reform" charge in Texas. The purpose of the tort reform they want is to protect big business and give them carte blanche to hurt consumers. Unfortunately, litigation is the only tool many have to right a wrong since these poor building practices are intentional the builders will not correct the problem. As reasonable people, when we make mistakes we try to correct them. The builders say so what, sue me. But guess what? You signed a binding arbitration clause in your contract so you can't sue me. The whole situation is very sad and the children and those with weak immunes systems suffer the most from the mold which is a direct cause of construction defects. Sincerely, Armstrong - HOBB Florida Special Mold Presentation Cohn of Houston and Dawn will be featured on this Special.
