It takes me up to 3 days to recoup from any mold or chemical exposure.

This sometimes happens if I go out shopping and the skies have been

plastered with chemtrails or it's foggy and the chaff fallout is being

dispersed through the fog. We're at that time breathing in minute or

larger particles of silica enveloped in aluminum. NASTY!
