Hi ,

I'm glad that you are being successful in keeping your heart rate under

control with potassium and magnesium. I'm pretty sure that these minerals are

only a short term solution and therefore need to be taken daily until you get

your metals replenished and balanced.

I'm pretty sure it is necessary to replenish iron before your body will

hold enough potassium so you don't need to supplement it; and that it's

necessary to replenish copper to enable magnesium to stay in the body. Also,

there is probably a similar relationship between zinc and calcium, so that

once you have enough zinc, you won't have to take so much calcium.
