County Magistrate Anne Segal says many who work in the courthouse are experiencing irritations—throat problems, congestion. And even though the 86-year-old building underwent mold removal less than two months ago, many court employees suspect mold colonies still lurk in the heating and cooling ducts. They complained to the state Health Department last month, so city contractors last week did more studies on any mold that might be there. Test results are expected this week.
