Here it is my excel spreadsheet in rudimentary form. Hopefully by deleting my numbers and dates you can create your own spreadsheet. . Perhaps you have some of your own ideas and can come up with something better. When I first started I tried to make graphs of the numbers but it got too complicated.

I did not include antibody results because they're basically a one time thing. All of mine except the antithyroidglobulin were negative. I also left out CBC, hepatic function, metabolic profile, B12, Folic acid etc. You can add them to yours if you like. It was too much work for me and since the results are all (except for MCV and MCH) in Normal range, I decided to pass. This was my partial solution to wading through piles of paper. Hope it works for you. Zoey
