Guest guest
Greetings from a new hyperT. I just found out this site and hope I can learn great advice from you. I started some feeling of heart palpitation three weeks ago, my doctor did blood test and told me I am hyperT. My TSH is 0.03, and T7 is 135. I don't remember T3 and T4, but they are both higher than normal. My heart beat is not too bad, around 80/min, but the irregular heart beats make me uncomfortable. Doc. gave me Prophanol (Beta blocker) to lighten my symptom. I was also referred to see an Endocrinologist, but my appointment will not be available until 3 months later. My questions to you is what I shall do in the meantime to combat the hyperT? I heard yoga is good for hyperT and soy product is bad for it (I learn these from reading the web), so I am following these advice. Shall I take any vitamin/mineral supplement now? If so, what kind? My main symptom is the irregulate and sometime pounding heart beat, and often hungry. I don't have portuded eyes and no goiter, either. Shall I see the specialist sooner than three months later? Thank you all for your help. Liz
