Mona, I hope you're going into remission. Wouldn't that be a wonderful

thing!?! I keep working towards it, but I'm not there yet. Unfortunately, I

wasn't blessed with lots of hair and get rather distressed about the texture

and volume of mine, but what can I do except increase biotin? I haven't made

the barley soup yet because the temperature has soared back into the mid-80's

in Memphis ... imagine that for Halloween! I believe I heard it was a

record. Have you located the cornbread recipe yet?

Mona,

Although I color my hair so no one sees the gray, lately I noticed that the

gray is disappearing and coming in brown, after 6 months of finally being on

ample Armour.
