I sure needed it after a painful morning battling I.C. which my doctor believes came from a long exposure to mold. How DARE they. I have almost succeeded in finding the link between moldy grain and the damage it does to cows -- including the inflammation of the bladder. Now that I am on a diet because of the mold, and another diet because of the Interstitial Cystitis that leaves maybe 4 foods my stomach can handle. Is vomiting almost every morning part of StacHysteria? Or having to carry an inhaler? My doctor now says no. However, before the type of mold was identified many suggested I had a simple mold sneeze. Guest guest
Yes, and that's why I couldn't breathe and had lungs filled with fluid. I could just think a certain way and it would just happen whenever I hear the word "Mold." Like that old three stooges routine, where the crazy guy hears "Niagara Falls." "Niagara FALLS! Slowly I turned, step by step . . . ." You have to laugh or insanity is not long to follow. However, that article is damaging and is meant to be damaging. You can bet that the insurance industry pays people to print stories like that to discredit people who have been made ill because of mold in their homes, schools and work places. That is a lot cheaper than paying out claims. It's alot easier to tell someone they're insane than it is to actually take care of a real problem that costs money. If people are making such a big deal out of mold, then why do people make such a fuss over arsenic or digitalis or even fertilizer, for that matter? All naturally occurring substances - what's the big deal? Arsenic is in apple seeds, but concentrated, it's fatal ;same with digitalis - such a pretty flower - foxglove. Let's give some arsenic and digitalis in a drink to these guys and then tell them they're being hysterical if they don't want to drink it! What's the big deal? It's all natural! It's been around for thousands of years! And, finally, fertilizer is harmless until you use the nitrogen to make a bomb. ----- Original Message ----- From: erik_johnson_96140 Sent: Monday, January 26, 2004 12:46 PM Subject: [] The Philadelphia Inquirer http://www.philly.com/mld/philly/living/health/7796427.htm"Sometimes mold is present, but a little mold can create a bigpsychological isssue - someone sneezes and it becomes a mold sneeze."Gee, I guess the increasing numbers of complainers must have all seenthose hysterical mold crazies on Sick Buildings and been influencedinto creating a new psychological illness."StacHysteria"-FAIR USE NOTICE:This site contains copyrighted material the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner.
