Guest guest
We purchased a home last April. Discovered Stachybotris Atra in the basement so I tore out all the sheetrock down there. Then had the upstairs tested with a vacuum pump drawing into a petri dish. The result came back showing 1300 units of Pennicillum ans Cladosporium per liter of air. We removed all the carpeting and washed down all the walls, floors and ceilings with 20% hydrogen peroxide mixed 50/50 with water. We have not retested yet. We believe that the previous owners knew of the problem. Can anyone suggest more or better ways to remediate this problem, better cleaning solutions, more stuff to check, etc. We have a 2 year old child and I don't want to take any chances. Anyone know of a litegation success rate in the state of land? IS there a legal recourse? Talk to me, I want to learm as much as I can. Help...... ....and thanks W
