Guest guest
Hi Kate, I learned how to say NO and reduced busy schedule. Learned to take care of myself first...wasn't easy. Job situation was stressful/difficult at the time too but that changed and made going to work much easier. If you don't take care of yourself no one else will!! Changed my attitude - if I think something will affect my health, I either postpone or take a different path. Sounds selfish but our health is important! Take care, Mona Re: dead site? > > Thanks, Ant Joan.
