Guest guest
Just a bit of info not much of the story at this point. Some of you may know me - but most don't. My name is and I'm an artist with fibromyalgia syndrome, arthritis, asthma and spondylothesysis and other issues - - - and who knows what else. Yes, I'm fallin' apart as we speak but it's important to me to feel productive and useful. So I paint and generally make art. After some nudging from others I've made a very fundamental intro page about my experience with FMS, just in the hope of educating some of the general public. I did not go into detail about failures of the medical community nor about things like pain meds etc in this first effort, believing that just approaching people's skepticism about invisible illnesses was perhaps enough to tackle just now. I'd be very pleased if this community would be willing to assist me in getting the word out that the page even exists. And I promise to do more on our specific issues in the future. I don't always get to group mail, as I read online instead of in my mailbox, so if I miss something don't hesitate to bring it to my attention off list. If you have any ideas for things to add to chronic illness pages in the future or if you have ideas about anything at all, I'd be happy to hear from you.
