I belong to a great deal of " Groups" However I am amazed at how helpful everyone has been with my questions on purchasing a home diagnosed with mold. I truly am grateful to all of you that contacted me both on an individual basis and group basis.

I must admit that Mold at first seemed to me to be the same as the radon scares that cost millions of $$$$$$$ in lost real estate values. No one could ever place the true problem back to property that they were forced to sell for nothing or spent $$$$$$ fixing a non existent problem.

After joining this group I do believe mold is a problem and it is by my interpretation of the responses that it is more of an individual tolerance issue. What maybe okay for me may not be for my 5-7 yr old boys.
