Guest guest
Not having insurance is miserable, I am still waiting on an appt. with an endo, I would really like to know what's causing my hyperT, especially since now I'm not sure the meds I'm taking are still working as well as when I started them a month ago, I have been still having bouts of exhaustion, and the last few days I'm starving like painfully hungry and eating every 2 hours then I'm hungry again, my appetite has been increasing and I haven't gained any weight. I wish my family really understood what is going on with me, it seems that now I'm on medication I should be like brand new lol, I'm so run ragged with taking hubby back and forth to work till we can afford to fix his car, taking the oldest back and forth to school, my mom's dr appt's, and my youngest brother and his wife don't have a car right now and they are wanting me to run their errands, some days I'm out all day and don't even get my own errands done, I'm having the worst time trying to keep up with the house work, lately it seems I get the dishes done and the laundry and that's about all, I'm either too busy running around or too tired from running around to do much more, I don't see how anyone can embrace any of this I'm sure most of us cannot afford to lay around in bed all day and do nothing lol. Carol -- Re: Re: can hyperthyroidism couse red skin and ugly figer nails? It is possible to make the bed and not feel exhausted??? Surely you jest.. I remember the endo telling me I needed to 'embrace my disease' and I was just so angry. I didn't want it and wasn't feeling nice about it...haha.. didn't help.
