Guest guest
, I'm glad you were able to find it and that feels, tastes and smells really great. Does it say on the back of the bottle what the ingredients may be? I have not had a chance to check it out, but I was going to ask my pharmacists what is in it. I hope it works. For the record, I do not recommend spraying bleach up your nose. I don't think its EPA recommended. lol KC > Well, SinoFresh is around $17.00 from CVS and it feels ,tastes and smells really great. As for it killing germs and mold, I'm not sure, but it sure beats spraying bleach up my nose! > > My nose does feel clearer and there isn't so much stuff sliding down the back of my throat. > > The best would be if I could actually sell my condo and permanently leave. Doesn't sound like something I'd want to snort up MY nose! There are two products you might want to try first. Nasalcrom is an OTC nasal spray of cromolyn sodium. It is much easier on my nasal mucosa than either antihistamines or steroid-type nasal sprays, and does much the same job. The other is Thorne Products' QC Nasal Spray (homeopathic quercetin). Very soothing, and a something you can use quite often to help clear things out during allergy season. (I thought I only had a cold, but these products helped. So either colds and allergies share some of the same actions in terms of forming mucus and swelling up the sinuses, or I am dealing with a combination of cold and allergies. We're having unusually warm weather right now, and that means spring allergies have hit weeks sooner than usual!) NAYY, YMMV, etc etc etc. -- el (andreafrankel at sbcglobal dot net) " wake now!
