Guest guest
http://www.emediawire.com/releases/2004/2/emw106910.htm This is the only other information I have been able to find on this case. It's from the Defendant's attorneys. According to them, the outside mold counts were lower than the inside. That reasonable repairs were made. Therefore, they say, the fungal infection could not have come from this home. Since it is from the defense side, I don't know how reliable it is, but they did win the case. If you are involved in a mold case, it seems to come down to who hires the best experts. Make sure your experts have excellent credentials and have been an expert witness before. This can help strengthen your case. These cases are never easy and they often take years before a resolution. Good luck to all that is going through mold litigation hell. > Do you know the details to this case? why they didnt win ? do u have any > links to more info on this case? thanks ,Pam
Guest guest
Pam, A simple google search will tell you a lot about a company or " expert " . If you put the name in " " you will get a better result. You can try a few different search engines as well, this will maximize your results. Another thing you can do, search for " expert witness " + mold or " indoor air quality " . Once you have " experts " , interview them. Not all of them are the same and again, you do not want to be caught with a so-so witness. Find out if they have ever testified in this area before. How many times. Did the side they testified for win or loss? At what ratio? If there are holes in their story, if their story changes when questions are rephrased, you need to look for someone else. There are several good solid professionals out there that have testified in numorous cases. These are the ones you want. Remember, you are paying THEM good money, you want to make sure you get the most out of it, a win. If you need additional information, you can email me offboard and I'll send you a list. > THANK U AND HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT OUR EXPERT WITNESS ? IS THERE A WEB SITE > OR A # I CAN CALL?? THANKS AGAIN, PAM
