Guest guest
Hi, I am a new member. I have MCS and my doctor recently ordered a blood test that showed no IgE levels of antibodies to molds (Aspergillus, Alternaria, Cladosporium, Penicillium, Candida, and Mucor), but very high IgG antibody levels (High Positive, 4 on a scale of 0-4) to the same molds. This test was done by Hitachi Chemical Diagnostics in Mountain View, California. What is the significance of these results? Are there any typical lab findings in people who have adverse reactions to mold? Are there any other tests I should have? I am also interested in learning if there are any lab abnormalities found in people who have extreme sensitivity to mold, such as the degree of sensitivity that describes. Thanks for your help,
