This was a 60 minutes topic and it was very convincing that the use of

Aspertame was approved too readily by the FDA.

I'm on the same page that Aspertame is not good for you. I am just always wary of forwarded e-mails that are meant to scare people. I think it's better that we get our information from more reliable sources is all that I was pointing out. Let's face it, there is alot of great and helpful information on the internet for us and we get alot of it from these lists. However, there is alot of misinformation out there too and a great deal of it is sent through those forwarded e-mails. I am always urging people to really check out the things that they receive before forwarding it on. I would like to see the information from the 60 minutes show :o).
