He said they were getting good results and the best result was from people who did yoga every day at home. The classes are 2-3 times a week and you can join the study if you are having seizures or are seizure free with related problems of depression/anxiety. They also gave a workshop in the afternoon which I went to but left early. It was basically a yoga class & I have already taken yoga so it was too basic for me.
