Guest guest
I am considering purchasing a home made of stucco. It is upscale so I doubt if they took any shortcuts in constructing it. However, I was wondering if there is anything that could potentially cause a future mold problem with stucco. Also, in having an inspection done, what sort of potential problems should be looked for with a stucco house?. Am I right in my assumption that a masonry house like a stucco one might be less prone to future mold problems than a wood one? .Thanks....Jeri
