Guest guest
Dear All, After a nasty, freak accident I am home recovering. I got out of the hospital Tuesday. On top of everything else that most of us are dealing with this has given me a new outlook on life and on how quickly it can end. A tow rope that had a lot of tension on it, that was holding the tension on the main rope going to the tree. When I had gone to release the tow rope, which had hooks on each end, it did not seem to have any tension on it whatsoever, because the tree was lying on the ground. When I released it it spun around the tree 3-4 times. I never even saw it, and it lodged in my neck. I was pinned between two trees, with great tension on this rope and I could not move. The first thing that came across my mind was my wife finding me here. Luckly, I had a pocket knife and was able to cut this one inch rope loose. It took off 50 feet in the direction of the tree. I was aire lifted to an Atlanta hospital for surgery. I am doing very well now and I just want to thank you all for your prayers and support. It was definately a horrifying experience and also definately a miracle that I am here today. Take care and may you all have a painfree day. Guest guest
I am very sorry to hear about your husband. I have spent the last 18 months working with my mother who was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer - a am involved in natural healthcare. I only came across LDN, because of my MS, in November. I immediately tried to get her some but it is very difficult in England. I went to see her oncologist and GP and had no luck. In the end I managed to find a contact who would supply it but was very busy, unfortunately she passed away last week and I still haven't received the LDN. I think things could have been much different if I had discovered it sooner. It is tragic to think that there is something that can help but you just can't get to it.Best wishes to you and your family. .>From: "dkarton" <d.karton@...> >Reply-low dose naltrexone >low dose naltrexone >Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Thank you for your support >Date: Thu, 24 Feb 2005 00:22:24 -0000 > > >My husband Dan died of cancer on the day that he was to start >treatment with Dr. Bihari (February 21).
