Hello,I was wondering if you could give me some advice for my friend who has an apartment in Reno, Nevada. She had reported leaks around the bathtub for several months, and finally they removed the bathtub and found stachybotris and one other mold. They covered it with plastic, and put on the negative air machines; however, when they retested a couple days later, it was still positive for both molds. She had gone to a motel, and they will not pay for the hotel except as a credit for her rental. They are doing the sheetrock work and cleaning her upholstery, but they will not allow her into her apartment unless she signs a waiver for a lawsuit against them. It doesn't look like they are going to do the cleaning for her clothes and other items. She's not quite sure how to approach the situation at this point. She is a teacher at the University, and all of her books and computer are in the apartment of course. Thanks, Du PreWebsite: http://www.angelfire.com/jazz/isaiah40soaringeagle/index.html"By words the mind is winged."
