Hi, I have a question for everyone:

I just left my work place early today, sick.

I have developed a strong/sharp headache in the sinus area.

This worsened during the time I was at work, and involved the

back of my head as well.

Then I began to have a little soreness in my neck, which by the

time I left hurt so much that I would not turn my neck.

(I was turning my shoulders to avoid direct neck motion, as if I

had been in a car accident).

Now it is 2 hours later & my neck is still very sore, and has not

lessened even after taking anti-inflammatory medication.

I am also sensitive to light right now.

One other co-worker had mild pain in the neck, but that was all.

Here is the which I walked into at work today:

there was a broken water pipe (sewer) right next to the building

foundation and flooding occurred in the basement last night.

A strong musty odor was present on the 1st floor over this area.

My headache began after I was exposed to this area.

For the remainder of my time there I stayed as far away as I could,

but there is no way to 'close off' the area.

As I now am aware this 'broken water pipe' incident is not the 1st

time flooding of the basement has occured in this area.

Does anyone have suggestions as to what to do form here -

(For example - seeking medical care for the sore neck? What do I

expect from general medicine? Is evaluation for meningitis

resonable? Is this something that environmental medicine would be

familiar with, in relation to molds ect? Thanks in advance.
