A few days ago I saw some recent research indicating that sublingual B12

was just as effective as B12 shots...... and you don't need a prescription to

buy sublingual B12 tablets.

Some people use Turmeric Extract to help lower their fibrinogen. My doctor

likes Vitamin Research brand, 150 mg capsules, one with each meal. The

bottle actually says: Anti-inflammatory; Lowers Fibrinogen; Antioxidant.

I have been using Solaray brand Turmetic Root Extract, 300 mg. Available in

many health food stores. In Canada, 60 capsules for about $18.00.

I just bought a pound of ground tumeric in the grocery store for about

$7.00. I either put it into capsules or just sprinkle it on my food just

before eating. As I have to pay for all my meds and supplements, I'm always

looking for inexpensive ways to achieve the healing goal.

Subject: Off Topic but Important - Save Money on Prescritions

Hi all,

This is off topic but I wanted to let everyone know that there is a

price shopping search engine for prescriptions at www.destinationrx.com . It

will tell you who has the lowest price for the prescription that you are

looking for.

Worth bookmarking.

Yeah, I know the feeling! I have e-mailed Atherton on 3 occasions and have

gotten no reply. I give up. There are other places that will build custom

bikes I believe. I wouldn't bother doing business with them now. I have no

respect for a business that won't even return an e-mail that says, " we're really

backed up right now. Try again in six months! "

I believe Handwriting without Tears is the program that the local

Association for Individual Development where Dakoda (18 months with DS)

receives his OT, PT, and ST uses in their handwriting program.

I had my 11 year old non DS son in the class at the end of last school year

and his handwrithing has improved immensely, and it was fun for him.

Mobile homes are like school trailers. They leak, I got sick in a trailer and have never recovered. Lock at articles about all of the schools that are suing because kids get sick in trailers and you will have your answer.
