Stanley Steemer will use plain water/steam if you ask them to. You have to

be very specific about it. They tried with us to use something else mixed

in to the water that would have made me sick. It dried very quickly, I

didn't have any worries about mold.

be very careful using Chemdry.....

There have been some terrible stories out there about the chemicals

they use. I used to use them twice a year...

maybe google search ...hazards of chemdry or carpet cleaners..
