Guest guest
I am on social security and retirement disability because of the effects of Toxic Molds. But they equal out to half what I made. Janet
Guest guest
, this is great news. I have a friend who won disability due to MCS from a contaminated school building. This was in the state of SC. Always remember you can get disability as having chronic fatigue syndrome - the symptoms will match. Not that it will be any easier, but it may help if you have a good cfs doctor in your area. One should try to get a "functional ability" test from a physical therapy office. This must be ordered by your doctor, but really does help to get disability. a Carnes I heard from someone today that was exposed to molds at work. They have been dealing with this issue for several years. Today, they went to court for Social Security Disability and WON. To my knowledge, this is the FIRST case that has won a disability claim resulting from a mold exposure. So, for all you out there that are still fighting, it can be done! Keep at it and document everything. Slowly, the tides are turning and we are starting to be recognized for the pain and suffering we have endured over the years.
