Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I was a member of this group until last year. I recently rejoined. I've spent literally thousands and thousands of dollars living in a hotel on the edge of a desert. For two years it was the only place that my wife and I could live in where we weren't sick. Now, all our money is gone and we are forced to move back into a "regular" apartment in a major city. My family, inspite of us mailing them all kinds of info & testemonials, never believed us. They thought we were crazy. I rejoined the group because we have to stick together and help each other. I never new or even thought about molds before we had a major outbreak of Stachy back in 1999, when few knew anything about it. I had the owner of an environmental lab go into the place back then and he found the Stachybotrys and told us to get out and leave our stuff behind. I tried desperately to get an attorney in Pittsburgh to represent us, but most just laughed at us. One accused us of making the whole story up to make a fast buck. They were cruel! The world became a very mean & cruel place to live. The molds were found and my lab results are as of March 2000 which show the presents of Stachybotrys and three other molds. I grew up in a family where we were supposed to be tough, I tried to be tough. But, it's too much for me. I was told the statute of limitations in Pennsylvania is two years. Is this true? Even though I have lab results I have yet to actually get the blood test. Would this help my case, if I even still have one? I saw the doctors so many times back then, and none knew what was wrong. It was the Lab that showed us the cause. I'm very happy that this site is still going, we really need to help each other! If there is anything new I should know about, please get me up to date. Thanks!
