Guest guest
I have read Vit C supps can often contain corn products which are problematic for many. I think Andy Cutler recommends one made from Sago Plam??? for those with probs like this - I checked it out once its expensive if I recall Mandi in UK > >>>Is there any evidence that vitamin C provides any benefits in > reducing autism?<<< > > I don't know anything about that but just wanted to say that when we gave > Sammy extra vitamin C he was very irritable. Guest guest
>>Roz of World Race Production called me this morning and is looking for candidates for the upcoming season of Amazing Race (a team consists of 2 individuals, it can be a combo of LP and AP). Shooting begins in January and you will be away for 7 weeks. If interested, please contact Ms. directly at 310-925-4104. She will need a video of your team by next Thursday. You can also find more information on the CBS website.<< This is really cool! The Amazing Race just won the Emmy last night for best reality show, and it really is a great show -- teams of two people (who have at least a two-year relationship -- friends, brothers, father/son, etc.) race around the world for a million dollars. It's the ONLY reality show where the contestants really control their own fate, through their travel decisions, decisions about challenges en route (which are usually offered in options of two, one physically more demanding or scary than the other), and just general ability to hang in there for 30-40 days. I only wish we were physically up to the challenge -- I have to say that it takes a good, strong person of any height, who's able to physically keep moving for long stretches, to run the race. I really hope we have an LP on the Race, though, that would be a terrific addition to a show already known for its diversity and inclusiveness! Help Keep Families Safe from Toxic Mold! By sending the following letter to Congress, you'll be doing your part to protect families from toxic mold in their home. Your support is necessary to keep this lifesaving initiative going strong. Sample Letter to Congress Dear Member of Congress, An article in Redbook magazine's April 2004 issue has alerted me to a pressing yet often ignored health and housing issue in this country: Toxic mold in homes is steadily becoming a national epidemic. It can lead to health problems ranging from allergies and asthma to brain damage, while making property uninhabitable and worthless. As your constituent, I urge you to cosponsor Representative Conyers's United States Toxic Mold Safety and Protection Act, H.R. 1268. This act will mandate comprehensive research on the health effects of toxic mold, create programs to educate the public about the dangers of toxic mold and provide much-needed financial assistance for research and for families who've suffered from mold exposure. Home ownership is part of the American Dream, but for many, toxic mold is making this dream a nightmare. Thank you for your commitment to protecting the health and prosperity of your constituents. Sincerely, (Please include your full name and address) To send this letter by email: Copy and paste the above letter into the body of your email message. Please type " Toxic Mold " in the subject line and include your full name and address at the bottom of the email. Then email this letter to redbook@.... We'll see that your letter gets sent to the correct representatives in your state. To send this letter by regular mail: Copy and paste the above letter into a word document. Please type in your full name and address at the bottom of the document. Then print the letter out and send it to: Redbook Mail Att: " Toxic Mold " 224 West 57th Street New York, NY 10019 We'll see that your letter gets sent to the correct representatives in your state.
