Thanks Martha, I have heard good things about MSM, but it does appear that you have to take it in high enough doses, and that stuff isn't cheap! Do you have a good source?

Hi Ladies,

Lani's 'rash' looks much like what I had, although not nearly as bad, prior to my explant surgery. Mine was more scattered on my arms, face, & neck, etc. Most of those 'spots' had a clear blister on them, and when that went away, it left a tan spot. I have spent a near fortune removing those brown spots, however, most of them are now gone. I was also having similar problems with my scalp. Both my Internist and my dermatologist said it was caused by Lupus, and my Lupus Panel Blood Tests confirmed that Dx. When I now have Lupus Flares, I have slight amounts of this kind of rash, yet it affects my scalp the most, since explant surgery.

I should add that since I originally started having this kind of rash leaving brown spots, I have taken really heavy daily doses of MSM, especially when I know I'm having a Lupus flare, so I keep the brown spots down to a near nothing.

I do use Nu-Skin Products, recommended by my Internist, to remove the spots, after getting them under control through use of MSM, etc.

Patty, For real, Dr Mercola has all this stuff against it. Why are root canals so bad? And what do you do as an alternative? I know he has specail dentists for this, but man, what do people do? Love
