I blew the first hearing myself plus the judge was not so very nice. I was

turned down over the phone. It has been almost 6 years and I am still

trying to get it. I agree I think they are hoping you go away. I have

called in inquirer about a date and all they say is it is coming they are

behind. It is very frustrating. I am glad you send your note. Thanks for

the help.

I am going for Social Security in March, I have a court date. My lawyer is going to try to get it for me under Fibromyalgia. I know that this is a hard one to prove but all my doctors say I have it, so that's good. None of them would say I'm disabled though. Anyway, does anyone have any advice for me on going to this thing? Or on getting approved for Fibro?
