I just cant do that. I know he knows his stuff, I was improving drastically on his diet before the explant, and my cholesterol had dropped 40 points while eating about a dozen eggs a week! My other docs just about passed out on those numbers. He told me that eating fat and protein (cholesterol) does not raise your cholesterol, it only raises from a high diet of grains, and refined carbs(as these raise insulin levels, which in turn raises your cholesterol) And i can believe that, as my Mom is a vegetarian and high high numbers, but when she cut down on her refined carbs, it went down really fast! And it also can raise from a type of hormonal stress release, and almost patients that have high numbers, it is a sign that something (disease) is gone wrong in the body. (a lot of the time thyroid) Well, I can only add 1-2 per morning (you cant even tell -thank God)! and I will see if I feel improvement from there. But 4-6 a day!!! Wow! Gee, maybe I should begin to add them? I don't have a cholesterol problem, (it was at 187), but I wonder if it would drop a few points...and I know the protein is a good thing for rebuilding healthy new cells.
