"Great to hear from you! We are all hanging in there waiting for things to break. There should be a lot of activity after February 18 with the mailing of the partial claim form packet and the claimants information guide, then things may go back on hold until the appeals are finally."

Above message received from a Dow Plaintiffs' Attorney, on Tuesday!

I'm forwarding his exact words so you may see that nothing is going to start moving very fast ... really! I know this gets very discouraging, however, I think it is better to have a 'realistic' feel for how things are moving with this issue, than to get your hopes up, and then have a huge 'let-down'. Most of us have had about 8-years of that mess!

So, I'm going to treat this time, as one more chance to go through all medical records, and other related files to see what things I need to update, and to look for any possible thing I may have left out of my file, and get it all totally updated "one more time"!
