Claimant’s Assistance Now Available Through The Settlement Facility

Dear Group Leaders and Interested Claimants:

We are pleased to announce that, pending the occurrence of an Effective Date for implementation of the Joint Plan of Reorganization in the Dow Corning Corporation ("DCC") bankruptcy case, the Settlement Facility for the Dow Corning Settlement Trust ("SFDCT") is available to receive and respond to calls, letters and email inquiries from claimants and group leaders regarding the status of registration in the case, address change information, and general information regarding the filing and processing of claims. The SFDCT in Houston, Texas has available to it a trained staff who can process requests for information and confirm the status of claim filings in a timely and efficient manner that we hope will make the process more user friendly to those you have served these many years.
