bad boob job, now even worse scarring

Hi, My name is and I had breast implants placed above the muscle three years ago, the implants were very large and combined with having a baby they caused my skin to stretch. This made the implants drop and my skin became very thin. I made the decision to have the implants removed as they were very painful. My surgeon removed my breast implants and uplifted my breasts (mastopexy). I had the surgery two weeks ago, and most of the swelling has gone down. My surgeon explained that I may have very small breasts after the operation as I had very little breast tissue under the implants. I am happy with the size of my breasts now (34B) but am concerned about the scarring. My surgeon explained that what the scarring would look like but he did not tell me that I may be left with raised scars and puckering (gathered skin) around my nipples. I am quite worried about this and can not seem to get a straight answ er from my surgeon. Will the skin around the nipple stay puckered?, and will the scars always be raised? if so is there anything that can be done to make the scars flat and not puckered or fade? Don't know where else to turn please help Kind regards,
