http://www.zoneperfect.com/site/content/guide.asp it really is simple and a healthy diet, it is exactly what everyone talks about doing, cutting out processed foods, eating natural healthy foods like veggies and fruits and chicken, fish etc. It is very popular in Hollywood where everyone has to look good. I have been working it pretty closely though not exactly and feel wonderful, lots of energy, lost body fat, and def notice I feel more alert. The diet focuses more on how you feel though, you eat a meal that is balanced and then notice how you feel afterward, it explains that food is like a drug, a drug we put in our body everyday, so you need to make sure that you are careful what you put in, anyhow, I know that has mentioned that she is also doing a zonelike diet recomended to her by her Dr, so I would love to hear what she has to say. I don't mean to go on and on about it, but I feel so strongly that we need protien in our diet, instead of just carbs all the time, I also feel we need fat. Did you know it takes fat to burn fat? Well I think that is why I was stuck at 124 for so long, because I was not eating enough fat and protien, it is not like I eat tons now, but instead of always using the low fat, hi carb stuff now I just use the real deal, it works, and instead of just losing water weight the weight is inches, my size 3's are lose, to the point where they are falling off.

Anyhow I just want to say that the true test is how you feel, are you hungry, are you satisfied, are you losing weight and keeping it off and is your head clear and are you enegetic, if so that would seem to me to be the perfect diet.
