Guest guest
Daryl, I feel BLAME everyday too. But we can't. Most of us, were never given an informed choice. You have to stay positve, and when you think negative, your body closely listening and reacting! I have found that when I am having a panic "I am never gonna get better, would if I die from this? " thing, I just write to the girls, or talk to a close friend.Get that crap out of your system with positive reinforcement.Dont go to sleep alone with it. You will get better, It's never too late to fix a wrong! Never!!!! Whats the worst that can happen? I have two auto immnue diseases, and already after three months post explant, one is improving a great deal, doctors can't believe it, but I can. The body has a great capability of healing itself in the proper enviroment with time. Anything is possible. Patty has great detox advise, alot of the girls do too, and have been there-done that great stuff, Dr Kolbs protocal is so easy and great, I could go on & on, all the information for a solid chance of a better life are there! You will get better, Daryl. It is never too late to stop worrying about what terrible things can happen, and instead plan positive things like a normal person. When I get depressed, it always helps to wrtite down some positve things I would like to do at that time. Like I plan on having another baby in three years, what will it be? A girl or a boy? What names? I'll plan on a romatic date with my hubby on Saturday, like walking downtown Chicago in the snow with hot chocolate- looking in all the store windows. Going back to Hawaii in like five years, (probably 20!) ha ha, making a great dinner- Anything to get out of the negative cloud. Try it, write down all the things you plan on doing, and you will see, you'll do them!!! Hang in there! Love you!
