Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have been having a little trouble with brain fog and feeling bad again. I seem to have this trouble every year about this time, if I remember right. I remember reading one time where these autoimmune symptoms can be seasonal, is that right? Martha do you know anything about this? I just hate having these bad days again! Last night I seemed to be fighting off a bladder infection, and I think I was successful, as the burning is gone today. But I had to hit it hard, with lots of garlic, grapefruit seed extract, olive leaf extract, detoxing teas, tons of water and sitting on the toilet for 3 hours to let it all out as quickly as possible. I am tired today, not getting to bed until 2 am. I guess it was worth it, as I cannot take all that burning down there. I was a little scared to eat anything questionable today. I have been eating all kinds of foods I really shouldn't be--like ice cream! So, I think I will get back on the bandwagon and start eating really good again. I'll probably do another detox diet. February 28th is my 5 year anniversary for explant, hard to believe, and I am still messing around with this stuff. At least I have a name for what I am fighting--Hashimoto's--and while it doesn't make it any easier, at least I know my foe. Hope everyone is doing well and feeling okay. Love, Patty
