Well I found that I could lose weight really fast on the armour if I

wanted to, the bigges reason I never lost a ton of weight was because

of how much of an appetite it gave me. My Dr told me that is normal

when you are hyper you get hungry all the time. I could eat all day

long. I gained 4 pounds when I went off it originally but now I have

taken it off again so I am sure it is because my thyroid is getting

stabilized again. My hair loss seems to be slowing though I still

lose allot, but I always have too. I am checking my temps everyday,

today it was 98.6 we will see how things go

The only way to figure out if you have temperture related problems is

to take it when you wake up, in the middle of the day and at night

and keep a graph--Everyone's moves up and down--but not the kind of

movement as seen in adreanl fatigue and thyroid problems--those are

the more extreme movements---like a 94 or 95 in the morning and when

in the afternoon it's still too low like a 96 or 97 when it should be

a 98.6--if you never see 98 then you do have a problem.
