product. 200mg 120 tablets 19.00. I'm not sure where you can get it but your

health food store lcally should know of them and perhaps order for you.

My dr has me on 1 tab tid. I take Calcium Apatite fro Metagenics also, 2 tabs

am and 1 ea lunch and supper.

If I can help anymore, let me know.

HI Rae,

What does your rheum say? The only thing I have heard is that you should not

have any immunizations with live viruses in them. I did have a flu shot this

year and had no ill effects. If your rheum is unsure, he (or your allergist)

might want to contact the immunex people directly.

Good luck- in Wisconsin

, I thank you for all your tips.

The best oil I ever had is the " chilled/freezer " /cold

pressed method vco. No heat, no smell, no taste or

nice fruity taste. Lasts a long time and does not get

rancid due to very low moisture content. There is a

variation to this, after scooping the oil it is

further processed by centrifuge machine to get rid of

the water. (Not really necessary if properly done.)

However, some centrifuge machines do have low heat and

some don't.

Expelller pressed oil is heated to very high

temperature. It can be made from copra or fresh

coconut. This is NOT virgin coconut oil due to its

exposure to high heat, though some producers would

claim it is virgin.

What brand is the cold-pressed VCO? Where did you get

it?

Thanks,

Hi ,

Thank you for re-assessing these evidences. I feel that many members here are

confused about what is really VCO, due to the numerous sellers maintaining the

confusion for business purposes.VCO is long and costly to produce, hence the

higher retail price. As you know " the cheapest is often the costliest on the

long run " .

There is no free meal....you get what you paid for!
