I would like to thank all of you who took time out of your busy schedules to attend our Claimant Information Sessions. We have had an overwhelming turnout at each session. Due to the uncertain world events, we may have to adjust the schedule for our final five sessions, so please keep checking the website for the latest developments. We will apprise you of any changes here. Don't forget to check out the online version of the presentation available in the Downloads section of the website. Another upcoming addition to our website is the Frequently Asked Questions. As we host different sessions around the country, we have collected a series of frequently asked questions and worked to make the answers available to you right here on our website. The first edition of this FAQ will be posted the week of March 24th, so look for it. In addition to the Claimant Information Sessions, we have been steadily receiving, processing and reviewing your claim forms. As you have questions concerning the claim form submission process, please don't hesitate to contact Claims Assistance. I understand that some of you have had difficulty getting through to a Claims Assistance Representative. This has been due, in part, to our large call volume. I thank you for your patience as we deal with this situation. We have ordered a new phone line that will enable us to handle more of your calls, and we have also increased the size of our staff in an effort to be as accessible as possible. I ask for your continued patience and cooperation as we work to remedy this situation. It's an exciting time for all of us and I will continue to keep you updated on the latest events here at the Settlement Facility. Tired of spam? Get advanced junk mail protection with MSN 8.
