She sobbed: "Look at me now. When I go out people whisper, 'Here comes the Bride of enstein'."

, 24, was rushed into hospital ten days ago when the silicone implant in her left breast started leaking and had to be removed immediately.

During the three-hour op the implant erupted, sending potentially lethal silicone into her bloodstream.

said: "After the surgery my breast, or what was left of it, resembled a burst balloon with just rolls of loose tissue. It's every woman's worst nightmare to lose a breast."

The model, whose sizzling revelations about flings with celebrities such as Dwight Yorke, Dane Bowers, Dean Gaffney and Simon Cowell put her in the spotlight, added: "I thought big boobs would give me everything I wanted - fame, money and men.

"But now I'm left with a body which looks like it has been donated to medical science."

To add to her agony, she suffered a black eye and badly bruised face in a fall when she walked woozily to a hospital bathroom to look in a mirror.

, who spent more than £30,000 in five years having SIX boob boosting ops, spoke to The People to warn all women tempted to risk cosmetic surgery.

The privately educated beauty recalled: "For days my breasts had been rock hard and excruciatingly sore. They looked like two artillery shells. Instead of having a cleavage my breasts had parted like the Red Sea with each boob pointing in different directions.

"My body had started to reject the implant and the breast tissue was infected."

After the surgery at London's private Wellington Hospital - once a natural 32B - needed large doses of pain killers.

At her smart flat overlooking Regent's Park she said: "It felt like someone had caved my chest in with a pickaxe.

"I gingerly looked down my surgical gown and my heart must have missed a beat. When I saw what was left of my breast I wanted to vomit."

She said: "After falling in the bathroom I wondered what man would ever want to look at me again. All my self-esteem had vanished. I even thought about ending it all."

Despite warnings not to have another implant for at least six weeks, insisted on having a temporary saline insert, leaving her with a £10,000 hospital bill. She explained: "I could not walk round with a giant right breast and a flap of loose skin on my left. I'd topple over. The new implant is slightly smaller but I must live with it."

A bandage protects the dozen stitches under the breast and hobbles round with a walking stick as her body recovers from all the trauma.

She has been told that the RIGHT implant will also have to be removed before her body rejects it.

, who has an eight-year-old daughter, once had 30GG boobs thanks to saline implants but they were so unwieldly she replaced them with the 30FF silicone implants.

She has also had liposuction and Botox injections. "I spent a fortune so I could be liked by men," she said. "Now I realise it wasn't worth the sacrifice."

Despite all that, plans ONE MORE implant session.

She said: "It's that or live breastless with two ghastly mounds of limp flesh. A seventh breast op could kill me but I have no choice."
