Guest guest
We were told by a friend about a product called The Zapper to kill parasites & viruses. I looked it up on the web & here is an article I found: http://www.mind.net/aware/parasite.htm My husband & I are considering buying one, but have a little more research to do. does anyone else have any experience with this? Hope Peace Joy Love ~michelle~ ---------------------------------
Guest guest
That is great, Patty. Hopefully that set of criteria should help Kay with her decision. Although if she went to a Dr. who is well-versed in removing implants, she could leave that decision up to the Dr. I just strongly urge her to remove them. I can't believe how bad my health was now that I am feeling better and much improved. There is a huge difference before explant and now afterward, and I expect to continue to improve.I am SO glad I did it, even though I am (literally) flat as a board!! Expect something wonderful today! -
Guest guest
Kay- did you see the criteria from Dr. Feng? Does that help you any? Take care! -
Guest guest
Hi , I am so glad to hear you are feeling better now! Explant can make a big difference, but it does take time, so I am glad to see that you can tell a huge difference already. And you are right, you will continue to improve. Thanks for sharing that with us, it is always encouraging to hear from our ladies who are getting their health back after going through explant. That's what we are here for, and I am so thankful for each one of you! You've got the right attitude---keep expecting something wonderful today! Guest guest
Hi Kay, We ran a few posts last September about Kari and her decision to remove her implants. I think there was an internet site about it too, or else some magazine article. Very brave woman, and yet she looks great without her implants, too! Wish I could find the article to repost. I'll have to look! Glad to hear you are going to do some research with these plastic surgeons on our list. Please let us know of your experience with them. We're all wishing you the best! Patty ----- Original Message ----- From: Kay Sent: Sunday, March 16, 2003 9:20 AM Subject: Re: Digest Number 1205 Yes. Thanks so much for all your help! (especially Patty) Dr. Feng's criteria did help me in easing my mind about removal. I have scheduled appts with Dr. Hamilton, Dr. Worthing, and Dr. Dora (all from the list). Unfortunately, they did have openings until the end of March / early April. But I wanted to meet with all three to see which one I felt most comfortable with, etc. I'll let everyone know how that all goes. And thank you again for everyone's support and help! It makes me feel hopeful that all will go well. This support group is great. It's amazing when you know there are people out there who care and are genuinely concerned about your well-being. Daryl, about the healing of scars - I just like to use Vitamin E. It's natural and does not contain any silicone residue (which many products do). And many bras come with pads (like the Miracle bra by VS or the Wonderbra) so you can just remove those pads and insert the silicone pads in the pockets that are already there! That way, you can use the same pads with different bras. Hope this helps! Also, has anyone heard of an actress named Kari Wuhrer? Well, she had her implants removed w/o replacement and now she's an AA. I think her story may be inspirational to young women with implants contemplating removal. Because as a young actress, who's business generally puts more emphasis looks, can do it, so can others. - Kay

Guest guest
Small world is right!!!!!!! I have told them REPEATEDLY to use my auto insurance and they keep billing Tricare too....I think if those people had brains, they'd be dangerous! I would like to try St. Lukes and Mayo, but not sure I can do that or not. I'll have to ask my insurance company. She told me previously I can go anywhere, and they are supposed to be the best. (Not covered under Tricare though....are you military? We are retired Navy) My story...I already had ddd, but other than once in a while I'd wake with headache, some pain in my neck and occasionally in my elbow, I have been symptom free. Until a guy rear-ended me in Sept 05. I was on the offramp sitting at the light in a little Saturn and this guy slammed into me with a fullsize van....never even tried to stop. I was then propelled into the trailer (like they haul lawn eqip) in front of me. The force actually stripped the gears of the seatback out, but luckily I had a seatbelt on and the car did great in spite of that. I mean the car was totalled, but it buckled where it was supposed to... Anyway, I initially had x-rays which showed nothing. Later had an MRI, EMG, and nerve study. I was sent to PT for a month (woo hoo) and later I went back to clinic and said I was still in pain, so the doc gave me a referral to surgeon. I was so angry....she never even examined me!!!! So that's where I stand now. I am going to look for a new doc or contact the lawyer and ask him for one. (Yeah....on top of everything else, the guy who hit me had NO insurance!! You do S & R???? You are kidding!!!!! I have been involved with Aussie Rescue for years! Why don't you private me your phone number and we can talk? Send to aussie6pk @ bellsouth.net (remove spaces) Annette Small world!! I am in Kingsland...about 30 miles from you! My lumbar fusion was done May 2003 and at Shands. Dr Nguyan. Awful bedside manner and he always made me feel like I was wasting his time, but he was supposed to be the best in the area, so I ignored the attitude. Was so glad when he finally released me from his care. He also HATES workers comp cases, which mine was at the time. My last appt, he yelled at me for not telling him I was WC and now he has all these lawyers calling him. Ummm...I told him and his nurse the very first appt.
